Moving Sucks

So for the past year my husband and I have been working to get moved to a plot of land. The property we have ended up moving to has been a corn field for longer than I've been alive. This wouldn't seem to be a big deal except that means there is no power, no well, no septic. We also have had issues finding a mobile home moving company so we don't have to build completely from the ground up. Thankfully we have now managed to get everything including internet set up. The fun is now adding onto our home, getting a workshop built, and getting a chicken coop built. This is going to take time since we are now at the point that winter is coming. Living fifteen miles out of town on a gravel road means that we may or may not be able to even leave our house when the snow flies. Hopefully I am going to be able to spend more time from construction and writing to actually update this site. Keep your fingers crossed!
